MEXICAN RESTAURANT REVIEWS
Mr. Whipsnade has found his animal informants to be reliable and have such discriminating palates that he has decided to have a dog review Mexican Restaurants.
Mr. Chihuahua is a little Hound Dog and he comes from Mexico so he knows the real thing when he comes across it. Like Mr. Peke, Mr. Chihuahua likes to eat out and gets all his food for free by barking and whining at a restaurant back door until the chef either throws food or a meat cleaver at him.

But poor Mr. Chihuahua doesn't have a proper name. Mr. Whipsnade got suggestions like Pepe and Pancho Villa (which is the name of a restaurant anyway) and they seemed very lame.
